Delete your Haru account

Request deletion of your Haru account and associated learning data. You can also start the same request from the native app: Profile → Account deletion.

What to send

Email Haru support from the email address on your Haru account.

• Subject: Haru account deletion request
• Your Haru account email
• Whether you want full account deletion or only specific data reviewed
• Do not include private diary text unless support asks for it

What happens next

• Haru verifies account ownership before changing account data.
• Learning data associated with the account is queued for deletion.
• Voice profiles, stored media, and other account-owned learning artifacts are included in the applicable deletion lifecycle.
• Local app data can also be removed by deleting the app from your device.
• Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, refunds, tax, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
